LUBBOCK, Texas — The United Family has once again raised $500,000 for 28 United Way chapters through its 30th Annual Jacky Pierce Charity Classic (JPCC) golf tournament, which takes place on August 29 and 30. The presentation of checks will take place on Sunday, August 29 at the Buddy Holly Hall of Performing Arts and Sciences from 5:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Since its inception in 1991, the JPCC golf tournament has raised over $5,000,000 for United Way agencies across The United Family’s trade areas.
Media will be able to conduct interviews with United Family team members as well as check recipients at the private event. This will not be open to the public.
