Effective with this week’s paycheck and extending through next week, all hourly retail team members, e-commerce teams and those hourly team members at RC Taylor distributing and Praters manufacturing facility, will receive Appreciation Pay for time worked beyond their regular hourly pay and overtime.

“Our retail teams, along with distribution and manufacturing facility team members have been on the front lines of keeping the supply chain moving and our stores ready to serve guests. I couldn’t be more proud of their work and their attitude,” said Sidney Hopper, president of The United Family.

“Our world has never experienced a pandemic like this, but our team members have stepped into action. This appreciation pay is a small expression of our thanks for their ultimate service,” said Robert Taylor, CEO.
