The Llano Logistics Operations Team will review your information and application details.They will look through the applications and contact individuals who match the essential requirements and role they’re trying to fill directly to see who will be the best fit. Candidates who are selected through this process will be interviewed on-site. If your interview is successful and you are considered the best fit, you will be given an offer of employment and required to complete the pre-employment screening, including a background check, drug screen, and new hire paperwork. Once your onboarding is complete, you will attend on-site orientation followed by your new team member training.
